Farmer Wants a Wife star Ben Scowen has gone public with his new girlfriend, months after splitting from his finale leading lady, Leish.
On the 2022 season of the Seven show, which aired its finale in early October, NSW dairy farmer Ben walked away with the Queensland hospital administrator as they embarked on their post-show love story.
But just days later, Leish took to Instagram to say she was “heartbroken” as she revealed the pair had since broken up.
“I am completely heartbroken to announce that sadly Ben and I have parted ways,” she wrote in October.
“I tried everything I could to make our relationship last after the show (Including wanting to move to the farm earlier. Yes everyone, I was always planning on moving.)
“But unfortunately it wasn’t there for Ben anymore and I was left absolutely shocked and heartbroken.
“I gave it my all and fell in love with Ben, his daughter and family (which hurts that little bit extra).”
Now, it appears Ben has found love again, as he posted a photo to his Instagram stories of himself with a woman named Lily, documenting the pair’s trip from Newcastle to Melbourne together this weekend.
Lily debuted Ben on her social media page in mid-June, sharing a loved-up photo of the duo posing for a mirror selfie.
She captioned the post on Instagram, “My person.”
Last month, Lily shared a further photo of herself with Ben, with the pair seen standing on a beach. She wrote, “You mean so much to me.”
It’s not known how long the couple have been dating.
Ben previously sparked rumours he’d reunited with his ex-girlfriend Natasha Hulme, who is also the mother of his young daughter, back in December – three months after the Farmer finale.
Natasha shared a TikTok video showing the pair cuddling and kissing at the time, writing, “Couldn’t of [sic] picked a better way to end my 2022 … with my family,” she wrote.
However, it appears their rekindled romance was short-lived.

At the time of his split from Leish, Ben said the couple “tried” to make it work “for some time after the show”.
“Like any relationship, we had our ups and downs, and unfortunately, we just didn’t work out,” he said.
“I had so much love for Leish and still to this day have some much love for the girl.”
